App store not downloading full installer

 · It's not there. I've tried to install this thing from the App Store like 6 or 7 times since yesterday. When I click Download, it appears to start downloading something (at least, the little spinning icon spins for a bit), but then it stops spinning and nothing happens. There is no sign of any download in progress.  · The App Installer app is able to download app dependencies (only in release mode) from the Store. Build (November Update, version ).  · So, I would appreciate it if someone can let me know how I can get the FULL Catalina Installer from the App Store, NOT just the update. This used to be so simple, and in actuality, I was able to download the full OS installer from the App Store sometime last month.
